09 Feb National Stakeholder Workshops

In the coming months, each SELFIE partner will be organizing a national stakeholder workshop to reflect on the findings in the SELFIE project thus far, and brainstorm about our next steps. Stakeholders from the 5P’s will be participating:

• Patients with multi-morbidity
• Partners, i.e., informal caregivers
• Professionals, i.e., care providers and experts
• Payers
• Policy makers
